Requirements
Before installing the template, make sure you have:
- A WordPress website
- Bricks Builder installed and activated
- Administrator access to your WordPress dashboard
Download the Template
After completing your purchase:
- Log in to your account on [Your Website Name]
- Go to the Downloads section
- Download the template file to your computer
The file is usually provided in ZIP format.
Importing the Template into Bricks
To import the template:
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard
- Go to Bricks → Templates
- Click the Import button
- Upload the downloaded template file
- Confirm the import process
Once completed, the template will appear in your Bricks template library.
Using the Template as a Page Template
To apply the template to a page:
- Open an existing page or create a new page
- Click Edit with Bricks
- Open Page Settings
- Select the desired template from the Template dropdown
- Save your changes
The page will now use the selected template layout.
Using the Template as a Section
You can also insert the template as a section:
- Open a page with Bricks Builder
- Click the Add Element (+) button
- Choose Templates
- Select the imported template
- Insert it into your page
This method is useful if you want to combine multiple templates on one page.
Replacing Demo Content
After installation:
- Replace demo text with your own content
- Update images and links
- Adjust colors, typography, and spacing as needed
All elements can be customized directly within Bricks.
Saving Your Changes
Always remember to:
- Save your page in Bricks
- Clear cache if you are using a caching plugin
- Preview the page on different devices
Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If the template does not import correctly:
- Ensure Bricks Builder is updated to the latest version
- Check that the template file is not corrupted
- Disable conflicting plugins temporarily
- Increase PHP upload and memory limits if needed
