How do I access my purchased components?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with download links. You can also access all your purchases from your account dashboard at any time. Each component includes JSON files that can be imported directly into Bricks Builder.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Can I request custom components?

We welcome suggestions from our community! All Access members can submit feature requests through our Discord server. While we can’t guarantee all requests will be built, popular suggestions often make it into our roadmap.

How do I report a bug?

Please use the contact form above with “Technical Support” as the subject, or reach out in our Discord channel. Include the component name, your Bricks Builder version, and a description of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful!
